These terms explain how Radical Repairs handles repair requests, pricing, shipping, and returns. Read them before sending in a device. Last updated: June 2026.
1. How a repair works
Every repair starts with an intake request. I review the details and reach out to you before any work begins. This lets me confirm scope, parts availability, and estimated cost.
2. Pricing and the bench fee
Pricing depends on the device, the fault, and parts needed. A minimum bench fee of 25 EUR applies to all assessments. If a repair is attempted but not possible, the device will be returned and the bench fee still applies.
I keep prices as low as possible and will always confirm costs with you before ordering parts or continuing past the diagnostic stage.
3. Parts and ordering
I do not keep a warehouse of parts. Most components are ordered per job. If parts are required, I will contact you to confirm before placing any order. If you choose not to proceed after a quote, the device will be returned as a no-fix.
4. Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the repair bench. You may use your own shipping provider. If you are located in Barcelona, you can deliver the device by hand in person.
5. Power adapter and accessories
Where possible, please include the original power adapter and any relevant cables. This speeds up testing and reduces diagnostic time.
6. Damage beyond repair
If a device is assessed and found to be irreparable, the bench fee still applies. The only exception is if the device is so severely damaged that it cannot be evaluated — for example, if the main board is physically destroyed. In that case, the diagnostic fee may be waived.
